Energetic Materials sifting is an important step in the preparation of solid propellant. With high mechanical sensitivity,intensive shock wave sensitivity,easily accumulating static electricity and absorbing moisture to agglomerate into lager cluster during the process of sieving, the material requires more advanced device. To solve the above problems,the author firstly analyzes the technical difficulties of the sieving equipment combining with prescribed screening process,existing RDX screening equipment and technical indexes.Then,an overall scheme of energetic materials sieving equipment is presented. Finally,the analysis of statics,kinematics and dynamics characteristics about the structure is made.The aim of this analysis is to verify its reliability and security on the basis of meeting the work requirements. This thesis mainly do the following aspects:(1) According to the technical specifications and the characteristics of energetic powder,varies solutions to agglomeration and low efficiency of screening are proposed.Through calculation and selection,the appropriate structure,motion and kinetic parameters are obtained.And three-dimensional modeling of the apparatus is established.(2)The static stress analysis of the device is made by the use of finite element analysis software.Different local optimization are adopted to the structure of guide plate and the stiffener to reduce the stress concentration. The result shows that the gap between the guide plate is the key factor to solve the stress distribution.(3)The natural frequency and vibration mode obtained from the modal analysis of the structure.For structural resonance may occur, the structural parameters affecting the natural frequency are put forward by observing the modal animation. Through the orthogonal experiment to investigate the influence of structural parameters on its natural frequency,the author concludes the optimal parameters combination and the guide to the optimization.(4) Under different amplitude and frequency of exciting force,quantitative and qualitative researches of the motion response are finished with the harmonic response analysis.The result can reveal the motion law of vibration device. From harmonic analysis on the structure,the motion response of the device is simulated under different amplitude and frequency of exciting force.The simulation result is compared with the result of theoretical formula calculation to verify the correctness of formula. The selection law of amplitude and frequency of exciting force obtained from the analysis can help guide the later debugging.Finally, The results of the dynamic stress shows that the equipment meets the requirements of safety and reliability.
