| In today’s era,the economy is rising rapidly and market competition is becoming more and more fierce.Transportation has a prominent position in my country’s economy,and competition is particularly obvious.Therefore,enterprises need to improve their technological innovation capabilities and shorten production cycles.On the basis of in-depth understanding and mastering of relevant design knowledge,the development and research of the drum brake design system has a very positive impact on the design and production of auto parts.This article analyzes and summarizes the relevant theories of the expert system,and collects the design knowledge and experience of drum brakes,so that it can be better used in the development process of the system;in addition,it also contains formulas for evaluating brake performance.In the object-oriented environment,the practical form of knowledge expression in the expert system,the establishment mode of the knowledge base and the concrete realization method of the reasoning mechanism are deeply studied.Based on this,with the help of JAVA programming language,using MySQL as the system’s database backend,eclipse-rcp-4.5 as the development tool,and combining with SolidWorks 3D modeling software and ANSYS Workbench analysis software,a set of drum brakes was initially developed Drum Brake Design Expert System(BDES)for short.Through the specific development of the system,it can be seen that the combination of production rules and frame systems can make the expression of domain knowledge more convenient and practical;at different stages,different reasoning mechanisms,RBR and fuzzy matrix reasoning mechanisms are used for the brake itself at different stages.The combined method solves the problems and difficulties arising from inaccurate reasoning;the design method combined with artificial intelligence and CAD/CAE technology is more conducive to enterprise innovation and production. |
