Due to the advantages of low investment,short construction period,and relatively simple planning and approval of trams,the operating mileage of trams in my country has increased year by year in recent years.Tram vehicle demarcation is not only an important part of the vehicle design process,but also an important guarantee for driving safety.Since the structure of tram vehicles is quite different from that of traditional subway vehicles,the calculation method of its limits needs to be studied in depth.In recent years,there has not been a unified multi-module tram limit calculation standard at home and abroad.This article will study the multi-module tram limit calculation method.This article first conducts research and analysis on the most representative limit calculation standards at present.Including the transnational railway transportation standard UIC505,the German BOStrab Interim Code(BOStrab Code for short),and the domestic "Metro Boundary Standard"(CJJ96-2003).On this basis,the calculation method of the dynamic envelope of multi-module tram,And calculate the dynamic envelope boundary of a multi-module tram based on this method.Finally,the dynamic method is used to study its dynamic limit,and the dynamic envelope algorithm is used for comprehensive comparison and analysis.The specific work is as follows:(1)Learning from various limits calculation standards at home and abroad,taking three-module trams as the research object,study the method of calculating the limits of dynamic envelopes of multi-module trams.(2)Based on the above method,use MATLAB software to edit the calculation program to calculate the vehicle dynamic envelope boundary of the five cross-sections of a certain type of tram head section,trailer end surface,motor car front surface and motor car rear surface.(3)Construct a vehicle dynamics simulation model based on the tram dynamics parameters.Calculate the dynamic offset of the car body contour control point on the straight line of the tram under a variety of wind speed and vehicle speed combined conditions,analyze the influence of the car speed and wind speed on the dynamic offset of the car body,and combine the static offset to calculate Take the dynamic limit of the vehicle.A comparative study of the two limit calculation methods and calculation results can be drawn: the dynamic envelope limit calculation method considers relatively comprehensive factors,including more random factors.But the calculation method is more complicated and closer to the limit state.The dynamic simulation method obtains the dynamic limit of the tram under the action of wind and random vibration of the line,which is closer to the actual state of the vehicle.Since manufacturing tolerances,clearances,limits and other factors cannot be considered in the simulation,these factors can be added in the later data processing to make up for the deficiencies in this area.
