| As one of the important components of the locomotive traction system,the traction inverter is the key to the safe operation of the locomotive and the guarantee of transportation efficiency.Since the HXN3 diesel locomotive was put into use in 2009,its traction system and related equipment have gradually entered the maintenance process.In order to improve the maintenance efficiency and ensure the safety and stability of locomotive operation,according to the actual maintenance requirements of the phase modules that make up the traction inverter,this paper takes the phase module maintenance test bench in the traction system of the HXN3 diesel locomotive as the research point,and designs the phase power module maintenance The power circuit control system of the test bench ensures the stable and efficient maintenance work.This article first analyzes the relevant technical parameters of the HXN3 diesel locomotive equipped with phase modules,power supply requirements and the conditions of the test bench construction site,etc.,according to the specific test procedures and test content requirements for the power system,determine the maintenance test bench control system required control functions.Secondly,by analyzing the parameters such as the rated voltage and equipment loss of the phase modules and auxiliary inverters,the voltage level and system capacity of the power supply system of the test bench are determined.According to relevant requirements and technical indicators,the main circuit of the power supply system is designed,including voltage transformation and isolation.,Rectification,filtering and other circuit design and calculation of related parameters,and determine the collection method of related data,complete the selection of the current and voltage sensors of the collection system.According to the test requirements,the power control system of the phase module maintenance test bench with Siemens S7-1215 C PLC as the control system core and MCGS system touch screen as the operation interface was designed.Use PLC to design the main circuit voltage level selection,experiment selection,data acquisition,signal filtering,fault analysis and other related functions;use the MCGS touch screen to design the control system’s login interface,operation interface,data display and fault alarm display functions.Finally,a test platform for the power circuit control system was built,and related tests and system verifications were carried out.Simulation and experimental results show that the power supply circuit control system designed in this paper realizes the automatic control of the power output process of the test platform,the monitoring and collection of status data and other functions,which can better solve the related maintenance tasks of the current phase module and improve the maintenance The degree of automation simplifies the complexity of the control system,and has the advantages of convenient maintenance,which can meet the needs of actual maintenance work. |
