Since entering the new century,our country’s urbanization process continues to accelerate,urban rail transit has developed rapidly,and subway vehicles have become more and more widely used.Stainless steel materials have the characteristics of light weight,corrosion resistance,long life cycle,environmental protection,and high temperature resistance,and are widely used in the rail vehicle industry at home and abroad.As the carrier of vehicle equipment,the body structure is the basis of the entire vehicle design.The structural performance check and optimization design of the car body is an important means of lightweight car body.This paper briefly introduces the development history and current situation of stainless steel metro vehicles at home and abroad,and takes the car body of Taiyuan Metro Line 2 as the research object.According to its technical parameters and structural characteristics,using relevant software,a finite element simulation model of the car body is established,and Carry out finite element simulation analysis,analyze and calculate the car body structure of Taiyuan Metro Line 2 in terms of car body rigidity,static strength,modal,and collision,and evaluate the relevant performance of the car body.The main contents are as follows:1.Introduce the development history and current situation of stainless steel car body and its welding production process,and put forward the simulation analysis index of car body structure performance;2.Created a finite element model of the car body of Taiyuan Metro Line 2.According to the relevant standards and contract requirements,the static strength and stiffness related working conditions are set up to simulate and analyze the car body structure performance.Finally,the rigidity and static strength of Taiyuan Metro Line 2 were analyzed and evaluated according to the standards and contract requirements;3.Analyze the two unconstrained free modes of the car body steel structure and the prepared state,and study the car body mode according to the vibration mode frequency of the car body in the two states to ensure the reliability of the vehicle structure;4.Create a collision simulation finite element model of the car body,simulate and analyze the collision conditions of AW0 six-group vehicles at a speed of 25 km/h,and evaluate the three aspects of longitudinal average acceleration,living space and climbing risk to ensure The crashworthiness of the car body meets the requirements.
