Among the running parts of the train,the stability of the axle box bearing is the most important to ensure the safety of the train.The bearing temperature change is an important indicator for the monitoring of the bearing status,and if the bearing is defective,wear,spalling,corrosion,fracture,and other phenomena will occur,resulting in excessive heat generation of the bearing,thermal deformation,thermal cut shaft,burning shaft and other accidents,which seriously threaten the safety of the train.When the axle box bearing is in operation,it will be affected by the structure and load,and the heat transfer of the bearing will be affected by different degrees of deformation.Bearing heat distribution has a certain law,and different working conditions and health state of the bearing temperature trend has its own characteristics.In this paper,theoretical calculation,finite element analysis and test verification are integrated to analyze and study the temperature field of railroad wagon bearings.The calculation of contact stress and strain,load distribution and force analysis are carried out for the double-row tapered roller bearing of railroad wagon 353130 B.The frictional heat generation of each part of the bearing is calculated by using the local heat source method,and then the heat transfer is calculated by heat transfer,and the simulation analysis is carried out by using ANSYS software,and the theoretical analysis of this bearing is completed by establishing,loading,and solving the finite element model.The simulation results are used as the basis to set the temperature sensor installation position and temperature measurement point distribution.Using bearing testing machine,thin film thermocouple temperature sensor and infrared temperature gun to conduct bearing temperature comparison test for railroad wagon bearings with different speed and health status.Integrate and analyze the temperature data of different positions of the bearings.Explore the bearing temperature rise and analyze the temperature change law.The final test results came out bearing stable temperature is only related to the speed,similar fault area of the roller fault bearing heating up the fastest,the highest stable temperature,as well as the inner and outer ring fault bearing in the case of high speed,the inner and outer ring temperature will exceed the characteristics of the roller,therefore,different fault bearings can be distinguished according to different temperature measurement point heating law.In the actual production operation,the bearing placed for a long time should be fully test run to reduce the effect of insufficient grease performance on temperature rise.
