| Support bearing is the key for the running of the High-speed rail bearing test rig.It holds up the main shaft,which under a lot of load on the main shaft. Because of therevolving speed is higher than reference speed, there will be a lot of heat generatewhen the support bearing working for a long time. It will be overheat in the supportbearing, if the heat can’t be sent out. If the lubricant is too hot to working effectively,the bearing will be scrapped. If the support bearing damage due to overheating, the testrig will stop working. Therefore,it ensured the test rig working normally that supportbearing keep working. It will improve the working conditions of support bearing thatstudy the working temperature characteristic of support bearing and design the coolingmethod and cooling device, which ensure the working temperature is normal, and thetest rig working normally.The appropriate support bearing type was selected in this paper,which accordingto the design requirements of the test rig. The friction moment of the support bearingwas calculated by two methods, after comparison and analysis, the more suitablemethod was selected. The heat transfer model of support bearing had been set up inthis paper, which using the heat flow network method. Several aspects of the supportbearing was studied in this paper, which include heat production, heat transfer andtemperature characteristic under various working conditions. The temperaturedistribution on the all direction of support bearing was calculated, the temperaturecharacteristic of support bearing was obtained under working conditions. The analysisresults were verified by finite element method. The calculation results are close toexperimental results. So the models established are correct. This provides theoreticalbasis for design of the cooling methods.According to the result of calculate, the cooling system of support bearing wasdesigned. A kind of cooling method for rolling bearing was put forward, and the cooling device had been designed at last. It is a new cooling method for bearing, whichprovides a new choice for the bearing need cooling. |
