| The rapid development in recent years has made household appliances become essential products in every family.The increase in demand for household appliances also makes the household appliances industry in our country develop gradually.Stimulated by the wave of "new retail" in 2017,the market size of household appliances industry has been in the leading position in the world all year round,and the export volume is also constantly improving.Therefore,whether the market scale of Chinese household appliance industry can continue the current momentum has become the key to the industry development.On the other hand,the development of the industry cannot be separated from relevant enterprises,and there are naturally many excellent enterprises in the booming industry.As a leading enterprise in the home appliance industry,the development of Gree Electric Appliances can represent the overall development direction of the home appliance industry to some extent.If you want to make a certain analysis and evaluation of the current development of the home appliance industry,it is worth to carry out a further comprehensive study of the leading enterprises in the industry,and enterprise performance evaluation will be a good choice.The performance evaluation of enterprises can more intuitively present the current development situation of enterprises in the form of data.The results of performance evaluation can help enterprises better understand themselves,and other enterprises in the industry can also draw lessons from the evaluation results for comparative analysis of their own situation,so as to learn from each other.Through the review of relevant literature,it is found that most existing literatures on enterprise performance evaluation only analyze and evaluate the financial performance of enterprises,and few people consider the role of non-financial factors on enterprise performance.However,with the rapid development of the Internet and the increasingly popular "new retail" sales model,corporate social capital is becoming more and more important for enterprises.Therefore,corporate social capital should be regarded as an important dimension in the performance evaluation of enterprises.It is not comprehensive enough to only choose the financial performance evaluation of enterprises.Therefore,the social capital dimension is added in the performance evaluation of enterprises in this paper,so as to conduct a more comprehensive performance evaluation and analysis of household appliance enterprises.On the basis of studying and sorting out relevant theories and methods of social capital and performance evaluation,this paper analyzes Gree Electric Appliances’ social capital and further sorts out the relationship between Gree Electric Appliances’ social capital and performance by using the adjusted balanced scorecard.Finally,Gree Electric Appliances’ social capital was taken as an important dimension of enterprise performance evaluation to construct the performance evaluation index system.The relatively objective entropy method was used to assign weight to each individual index,and the efficiency coefficient method was used to evaluate and summarize the constructed performance evaluation index system.Finally,through the analysis and summary of the performance evaluation results,some suggestions were put forward for enterprises to further improve their performance,to provide reference for other enterprises in our country household appliances industry.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the solvency of Gree Electric Appliances is generally stable.Second,profitability has generally been above industry standards.Third,operating capacity and development capacity fluctuate greatly,the overall trend of decline.Fourth,the overall trend of social capital has been rising,but the growth rate has begun to slow gradually.Fifth,the total score is still rising steadily.Although the growth rate is relatively slow,the momentum is still stable and there is still some room for improvement. |
