| With the improvement of human spiritual needs,the experience economy is also separated from the service economy.Urban residents want to escape the fast-paced life and return to nature,but they also put forward higher participation requirements for the experience economy.Family-run hotels can meet their needs to experience natural and simple rural life and provide more "Participatory" experience space.This paper takes family-run hotels as the research object,based on relevant theories and research results,through literature combing,field investigation,case analysis and other methods,guided by participatory space design,and starting from "home" culture,explores the space construction methods of family-run hotels.Starting with the survey data and data,this paper summarizes the common problems existing in family-run hotels,and puts forward the participatory space design strategy of family-run hotels combined with relevant cases at home and abroad.The obtained strategy is applied to build“Hometown” family-run hotel at No.10,Li street,Xiaoma village,Xiapu County.The project overview of the case is analyzed.Under the condition of meeting the basic use functions of the hotel,the participatory space design strategy is used to transform the hotel space and create a participatory hotel space with a strong "home" cultural atmosphere.Infect guests through scene creation and trigger empathy.In the process of design and transformation,it is committed to creating a business model dominated by the owner(house owner),focusing on the cultural connotation of "home",leaving the traces of nature in the space,guiding the guest’s behavior with moving lines,stimulating the guest’s emotional experience,and leading to the beautiful memories of the countryside in the depths of memory.It is hoped that through the research on the participatory space design of family-run hotels in this paper,the combination of guests and hosts to jointly create "home" space can provide reference and reference for the future development of rural revitalization to urban life and rural aesthetic complex. |
