Research On The Intensive Design Of Neighborhood-type Community Commercial Center

As the closest commercial form to residents’ lives,community commerce is related to all aspects of community life.Within the scope of the community life circle,the establishment of community businesses with clusters of business types,complete functions,and reasonable layout is of great significance to meet the daily consumption needs of residents and improve the convenience of residents’ lives.In terms of community construction,under the background of the current shortage of land resources,the transformation and renewal of old communities is a policy-oriented;in terms of residents’ needs,driven by complex residents’ needs,the commercial business of the community develops towards diversification.The design of community commercial buildings should adapt to the status quo of old communities and the regional characteristics,and create community commerce with compact space and diversified business types.The concept of a neighborhood-type community business center comes from the neighborhood unit,which is a public business center with a complete format in the community.From the perspective of intensive design,this article discusses the intensive design strategy of neighborhood-type community commercial centers.Intensive design requires efficient and organic organization of functional elements in the building,with compact and concentrated building forms,and improving the efficiency of space utilization.The article first discusses the research background,research content and research status,summarizes the domestic and foreign community business construction models,explores the positioning of neighborhood community business centers and the connotation of intensive design,and proposes the design principles of neighborhood community business centers under the concept of intensive.In the strategy research part,through literature research,case analysis,field research and other methods,from the perspective of functional element organization,discuss the intensive functional element organization mode,functional element polysemous conversion and efficient connection strategy of functional elements;build from spatial form It discusses the multi-dimensional use of space under the intensive perspective,the internal and external penetration of space,and the adaptation of the building to the regional and community environment.Finally,taking the Chongqing Baimatai community as an example,combining community research and Chongqing’s commercial folklore,analyzing the commercial needs of residents,and applying intensive design strategies to the design of the Baimatai community commercial center.This article explores the rationality and necessity of the intensive design of community commercial buildings through the design of the Baimatai community commercial center,summarizes the design techniques of intensive community commercial buildings,and looks forward to the design prospects of modern community commercial buildings under the background of old communities.
