| Double stator permanent magnet vernier motor integrates magnetic gear composite motor and vernier motor,which can meet the low speed and large torque demand of direct drive motor in wind power and other fields,with compact structure and high torque density.As a new type of permanent magnet direct drive motor,in order to improve its response speed and control accuracy,this paper studies the control system modeling,simulation and optimization of the motor.The specific contents are as follows:The operation principle,mechanical characteristics and electromagnetic characteristics of the motor are analyzed;the 3 D finite element model of the motor is established based on the Maxwell software,and the electrical parameters of the motor are calculated on the basis of the simulation and the calculation of the Simulink simulation model.The voltage and current results are consistent with the Maxwell finite element simulation.Double stator permanent magnet scale motor to realize the closed loop operation,based on Maxwell and Simplorer software,established the motor single speed ring double current ring vector control system,completed the function of the system module,completed the motor in the two three-phase six switch inverter under the joint closed loop vector simulation research control system and motor starting and load changes under different working conditions,clear the movement of the motor under the vector closed loop control.In view of the problem of large overshoot of PI controller,the self-disturbance resistance controller is introduced to improve the motor response speed and motor operation stability to a certain extent.A cooperative control strategy based on virtual machine,and optimize the self-immunity controller based on radial base neural network,which further improves the operation characteristics of the motor.The motor test prototype of double stator permanent magnet advreader was developed,and the software,hardware and hardware platform of the motor control system were built,including control process,chip peripheral circuit design,main circuit module selection and core control algorithm,etc.The test study on the motor reverse electric momentum and operation test was carried out,and the rationality of the control system was verified. |
