At the end of the 20th century,with the acceleration of economies of scale and the tide of transnational corporations,many large enterprises were trapped in various problems such as the difficulty of remote management and the failure of internal control.How to further realize effective capital management,improve operational efficiency and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase has become a problem to be solved by every enterprise.The birth of the Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)makes it possible for enterprises to change their management and provides a new idea and direction for enterprise management upgrading.While major enterprises gradually establish financial shared service centers,the rising human costs,rapidly increasing travel expenses,and other employee reimbursement expenses have become the focus of enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.The traditional expense reimbursement method consumes a lot of manpower,but the effect is not good,and it is difficult to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the reimbursement content.At the same time,in the traditional way,it is difficult for the reimbursement management to collect and record the information generated in the expense reimbursement,which makes it difficult to collect information efficiently.Therefore,as the basis of enterprise financial management activities,expense reimbursement management also needs to be updated to provide a better basis for enterprise cost accounting and budgeting.This article selects Haier Group(hereinafter referred to as "Haier")as the case study object,and combines the latest development of digital finance and intelligent finance to conduct in-depth research on the process reengineering of employee expense reimbursement management.Firstly,in order to better highlight the shortcomings of traditional expense reimbursement management,this article combines Haier Group’s current business model and management philosophy to summarize various problems under the traditional model.On the basis of clarifying the main contradictions,conduct a comprehensive analysis of Haier’s current scenario based expense reimbursement management.In order to better highlight the characteristics,value,and significance of Haier employee expense reimbursement management,and objectively analyze the benefits of expense reimbursement management under the financial sharing model based on practical application situations.In addition,Haier’s expense reimbursement management and process optimization are typical digital products of finance.With the continuous integration of new technologies and finance,the optimization of management optimization work cannot do without the support of new technologies.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing Haier’s experience in employee expense reimbursement management and taking into account the latest trends in financial intelligence,this article proposes suggestions for the continuous optimization of Haier’s employee expense reimbursement management.According to this study,Haier Group has developed a highly distinctive business philosophy and management model,and its advanced management philosophy has always injected fresh blood into the development of the group.At the same time,in recent years,Haier Group has achieved outstanding achievements in financial digitization.The employee expense reimbursement management under the financial sharing model can meet the needs of organizational structure change,cost reduction and efficiency increase,and optimized fund management,greatly improving the problems in traditional employee expense reimbursement management.
