The Sichuan branch of the State Grid has become a management training center in order to improve the working level of its employees.Management and Training Center staff often go to subordinate institutions for training,need to travel,travel costs involved in the process are advanced by employees,and then reimbursement after the completion of the trip,reimbursement using paper,very inefficient,will take up a lot of staff time,in order to standardize financial reimbursement work,improve reimbursement efficiency The Sichuan network training center has decided to develop a financial reimbursement management system.This article mainly takes the employee reimbursement management system of the State Grid Sichuan Management Center as the research object,and uses software engineering to complete the system development.During the research on the employee reimbursement management system of the State Grid Sichuan Management and Training Center,various system function modules were constructed,specifically reimbursement voucher management function,reimbursement voucher verification function,reimbursement management function,basic data management function,and system maintenance.In the process of system development,the analysis and design of the system were mainly completed through the use of UML technology.And in the requirements analysis stage,the method of example diagram analysis was used to describe the functional composition of each module in detail,and to clarify the authority of each module.In the design phase,the architecture design and functional module division are summarized according to the content of the system requirements analysis,and the design of the main functional modules is introduced in detail through the timing diagram and functional module package,and the database design is completed on this basis.In the system implementation stage,this article uses J2 EE as the development platform,uses the JDK version 1.7,and uses the SQL Server2012 database management system for data storage.This article uses fingerprint recognition technology to prevent forgery of reimbursement vouchers,calls the interface provided by the State Administration of Taxation to verify the authenticity of invoices,and uses SMS notification technology to realize reimbursement notification.After detailed analysis and planning,a financial reimbursement management system has been developed.,Thesystem has also passed various professional tests.After the successful research and development of the system,it has been put into use in the Sichuan Guanpei Center of the State Grid,and the application effect is very good,which effectively improves the financial reimbursement problem of the Sichuan Guanpei Center of the State Grid and optimizes the management level of financial reimbursement.
