Research On New Energy Vehicle Development Strategy Of BJ Automobile Company

As an important strategic reserve resource in China,the internal output of oil has been unable to meet its own development needs.In addition,the environmental problems caused by the exhaust emission of fuel vehicles are increasing.The transformation and upgrading of new energy vehicle industry has become an inevitable trend of the reform and development of automobile companies.How to make strategic planning for the development of new energy vehicle industry,make scientific layout in R & D and innovation,intelligent manufacturing and technical services,and then realize the organic unity of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits has become an urgent problem for automobile companies.This paper takes BJ automobile company,a municipal state-owned enterprise,as the research object,and explores the development strategy of BJ automobile company’s new energy vehicles with the help of strategic development theory.Firstly,the paper explains the research background,significance and theoretical basis;Secondly,it makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the development status,internal and external environment and main problems of BJ automobile company’s new energy vehicles;Finally,aiming at the problems in the development of enterprises,this paper puts forward the development strategy and guarantee measures suitable for the progress of the company.So as to promote BJ automobile company to improve the development mechanism of new energy vehicles,optimize the industry layout and establish a lasting competitive advantage.
