| At present,my country’s construction industry is still a labor-intensive and resourceconsuming traditional industry,and problems such as environmental pollution,waste of resources,urban noise,and extensive management still exist.With the improvement of people’s living standards,higher requirements are put forward for the quality of construction products.Improving construction quality requires improving the production efficiency and management level of the entire project.As one of the three management objectives,project schedule management runs through the entire construction process and affects Economic benefits of the entire construction project.The lean management idea is introduced into the construction industry,and the lean construction idea is derived,with the goal of eliminating waste of resources,reducing non-value-added behaviors,improving product value,and optimizing the level of project schedule management.Based on the analysis of the lean construction schedule management idea,this thesis adopts the comparative analysis method,and divides the research into three parts.Firstly,it introduces the background,purpose and research content of the selected topic,and expounds the research status of "schedule management" and "lean construction".Secondly,it expounds the problems and causes in the traditional schedule management process,introduces the lean construction idea,and compares the "pull" process and the "push" process.Combined with the current situation of the WXC project,using lean tools such as just-in-time production technology,Last Planner System,and value stream analysis,the schedule optimization plan is designed;finally,the schedule optimization plan is implemented and the effect is analyzed.Through case analysis,the following conclusions are drawn.Key processes are selected to establish "pull" production,and the Last planner system is used to pull the schedule execution from bottom to top,which verifies the effectiveness of lean management in the field of construction flow construction;improved value flow map analysis,Taking the interval time between processes and the conversion of station flow as the research object,reducing and eliminating unnecessary interval time,realizing continuous flow construction to shorten the construction period;establishing a just-in-time production system,punctual procurement to ensure on-time supply of materials,and punctual production to make labor force Reasonable configuration,to achieve the level of construction process,help to improve the management level of the project progress. |
