Into the "Twelve Five", China’s construction market will remain at a high growth rate, continues to play to pull the national economy, consuming an important role in rural surplus labor. Although the scale of China’s construction industry record highs, but the construction industry is only 3.5% profit margin, while developed countries have 10 percent of the profit margin, the gap there is an increasing trend. Compared with mature manufacturing, inefficiency and serious waste, mismanagement and backward technology, low industrial concentration has restricted the development of China’s construction industry is the biggest bottleneck. The traditional rough building management no longer meet the requirements of the development trend of China’s economy, the same, a lot of waste of resources in the traditional architecture of production management has caused a serious impact on the country’s socio-economic development, there is an urgent need for an advanced management methods to solve current problems. So in this paper:the full implementation of lean construction management method in construction engineering management.This paper describes the theory and application of lean construction at home and abroad, and points out the shortcomings and build lean application effect of foreign domestic lean construction applications; then, mainly the quality, cost and schedule management L project from L projects are quality, cost, schedule management status, followed by lean construction based on quality, cost, schedule management and analysis of the effect of the implementation of lean construction three parts to elaborate quality management, by contrast make the effect more clarity, described in Lean Construction construction project management application, and carry out three aspects of the deep analysis, comparative analysis proved the superiority of the implementation of lean construction; and finally, summarizes the main conclusions and problems.Lean construction gives in construction engineering management, reduce waste of resources, improve quality, lower quality, shorten the construction period to improve the ability to respond quickly to the market to meet customer needs. In this paper, the theory with reality, with the actual construction project management cases were analyzed, hoping to make more scientific and comprehensive, actionable apply to the construction of our lean construction management approach, the current construction project management, there is a theoretical and practical value, provide constructive comments and suggestions.
