Based on lean thinking in the course of construction,application as the c ore,the convention and exhibition center complex project five-star hotel project in gansu province as the research object,the engineering project management system,the paper analyses the problems in the research,put forward the suita ble for building construction,especially the lean thinking in construction of bui ldings,which guides the positive role of project management.Domestic construction of the traditional management status quo of the construction industry find five problems: the construction management system and level,operation mode,organization structure,personnel,technical ability,by targeting theory to analyze in detail and the essence of lean thinking,lean thinking will be born in the automotive industry is gradually building,to be able to make it adapt to the present situation and the characteristics of large construction units.First analyze the TFV theory of lean thinking,and some basic theory of lean thinking in-depth analysis and research,including lean value maximization,waste minimization,the flow management of lean construction application analysis;Secondly,the paper expounds and analyses the current situation and existing problems of the construction enterprise management,the construction of the domestic existing construction enterprise management mode,using is still in the traditional mode,the development of lean thinking is not yet mature,is still in the research and trial stage,get the existing enterprise management pattern mainly exist for three;Finally,convention and exhibition center complex project five-star hotel project in gansu province as the research object,the core of lean thinking and the classic management mechanism further combined with the construction industry,including the flexible mechanism of contract management,personnel management system,equipment management system,labor,management system,etc.,be suitable for project construction,management and construction organization design of the lean application.
