Study On Adaptability Of Soil Farm House Renovation Based On SI System

Due to the age of construction,traditional earth-grown farm houses in rural areas face many problems such as aging of building components in the interior space,building performance and use functions,and rural houses are in a development trend that needs to be renewed.Under the background of the development of SI system industrialized housing at home and abroad,due to the builder’s understanding of the difference between rural traditional construction methods and industrialized technology concepts,the model of industrialized technology for rural residential protection and technological upgrading has not yet been established.Based on this,this paper has practical significance to study the adaptability of SI system industrialization technology of traditional native farmhouses.In this study,the raw soil farmhouses in the Hubao area of the southern foothills of Yin Mountain were selected as the research object,and the performance and quality of the raw soil farmhouses were improved by using SI system technology to update and transform the raw farmhouses.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development and practice of SI system theory,discusses the adaptability characteristics of SI system industrialization technology,and provides practical proof and technical reference for subsequent coping strategies.Then,on this basis,the adaptive transformation strategy of farmhouses is elaborated in detail,which corresponds to the analysis of the current situation of the previous native farmhouses.Finally,the industrial technical transformation design of SI system in space,construction and interior parts of the selected typical farmhouse is carried out to verify the feasibility and effect of the SI system for the transformation strategy of farmhouse.This paper attempts to adapt the industrialization technology of SI system to the renewal of traditional native farmhouses,puts forward a research on the adaptive transformation technology strategy of traditional native farmhouses,explores a path of traditional farmhouse transformation mode with both protection and renewal,gives these traditional farmhouses new vitality,continues the regional style,provides technical reference for the transformation of similar farmhouses,and promotes the sustainable development of farmhouse construction.
