Application Research Of Passive Low Energy Farm House In Inner Mongolia

In recent years,the issue of energy has appeared more and more frequently.From the perspective of sustainable development,and in order to reduce the environmental "burden" that may be brought by the process of energy use,it is an issue that we cannot ignore.While actively seeking alternative clean energy sources at home and abroad,we must also do a good job in energy conservation and increase revenue and reduce expenditure.After the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the transformation of China’s economy from rapid development to high-quality development,the concept of green development has become the industry code,in line with the principle of sustainable development,to meet the basic requirements of environmental protection and energy conservation.In the heyday of the construction industry,low-energy buildings have also become a bellwether.In both to meet the quality of the housing,and to ensure that the premise of low-power,passive design concept quickly recognized,our country also constantly promote passive in recent years the application of low energy consumption building in China,to pursue the energy level of developed countries,narrow and mature application of the idea of the gap between the countries,can reduce dimension large building waste.However,the application technology of high-rise buildings and public buildings has been increasingly improved,and the reduction of energy consumption in rural housing has not been paid enough attention to.How to change the existing rural housing conditions and promote the application of passive low-energy rural housing is a problem worth exploring.Therefore,this paper starts with the exploration of the applicability of passive low energy rural housing,summarizes the relevant theories and standards at home and abroad,and discusses the construction plan of passive rural housing based on the promotion of the current National Rural Revitalization and new rural strategy,aiming at improving the living environment level and reducing the energy waste of the production due to unreasonable design.The research scope is limited to Inner Mongolia,which is vast in area and hot in summer and cold in winter.First of all,this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad by looking up materials and studying relevant literatures and results.It is found that most of the attention of passive buildings in China is focused on high-rise buildings or public buildings,and few applied researches in rural areas are involved.Secondly,the passive design concept,low energy consumption building,zero energy consumption building and other related theories are expounded,and their concepts are distinguished according to the classification principle,so as to have a clearer understanding of the concept of passive low energy consumption building.Again,through to the Inner Mongolia regional natural environment,technology environment,economic environment is introduced,and the analysis of the current status of rural areas of Inner Mongolia housing,it is concluded that the feasibility of the passive construction in rural areas of Inner Mongolia and the necessity,also found that Germany has put forward Design principle applies to this,the use and integration into the principle of this paper discusses the application of the passive house,then elaborates the measures,and aided Design method of main Design,and its feasibility through the Design Builder software simulation validation;Finally,this paper analyzes the impediments to the development of passive low-energy rural housing and puts forward specific suggestions.This study hopes to make a modest contribution to the improvement of rural living quality and the reduction of energy consumption under the background of the implementation of the new rural strategy and the vigorous promotion of passive low-energy buildings,and to provide a replicating application plan for the large-scale promotion of passive low-energy rural housing in the future.
