China is a big agricultural country,and Shandong has always been a big agricultural province.The rural areas of Shandong Province have long been dominated by farmers ’selfbuilt houses.With the development of social economy and the improvement of people ’s living standards,the living quality of existing farmhouses in rural areas of Shandong has been Unable to meet the growing housing needs of farmers.Especially in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,the improvement of the living conditions of existing farm houses in Shandong is also the key work of the next rural construction.The main research object of this paper is the existing farm houses in Shandong area.A series of field investigations,questionnaires and actual analysis were carried out on the current status of existing farm houses in Shandong area.The functions,building structure and energy of the existing farm houses in Shandong area were found.Some problems in utilization and other aspects.On this basis,based on the passive concept,a passive technology strategy suitable for the green transformation of existing farm houses was explored,including passive ventilation,natural lighting,passive solar energy utilization,enclosure structure transformation,shading technology strategy and so on.Aiming at the proposed green transformation technology strategy,the simulation software DesignBuilder was used to establish the standard model of the existing farm house and the transformation effects of various transformation measures in the standard model were simulated.There are suitable technical systems for the green renovation of farm houses,and the cost of reconstruction of different standard technical systems is analyzed.In the actual case,through pre-investigation and regional design,select the appropriate existing farm house green transformation technology system for transformation,and carry out return visits and field tests on the transformed farm house,using the test data to verify the proposed technology system.Feasibility and transformation effect.At present,the strategic layout of rural revitalization in Shandong Province and the transformation of beautiful villages are accelerating.Through the research in this paper,we hope to provide a certain reference for the subsequent green transformation of existing farm houses in rural areas of Shandong Province.Building has played a certain role in promoting.
