The highly efficient development of economy needs the high-quality connection of transportation system as a footstone.Multi-modal transport combines different transportation ways according to their features to exert the high efficiency and economy of transportation furthest.Containers provide favorable conditions for the switch of different transportation ways.Route choice between different regions becomes the main concern in the optimization process of multi-modal transport and the development of transportation system in recent years.With railway containers as cargo carriers and multi-modal transport route choice as a subject of research,the thesis summarized the relevant influencing factors by investigating existing domestic and foreign researches.With minimizing total transportation costs including carbon cost as the goal and railway skylights time,total transportation time,and carrying capacity of multi-modal transport of railway containers as constraint conditions,multi-modal transport route optimization model of containers is proposed.Different from pursuing shortest time previously,the model uses the return time of empty container and railway skylights time as the restraints for transportation time to ensure that containers arrive at the schedule time,which is reasonable for the railway transportation way in multi-modal transport.This thesis chooses Changchun-Jinan Line as an example.The data of transportation capacity and transfer capacity of freight stations along the route are investigated and the optimal path is calculated by genetic algorithm.The results show that the transportation route will ensure that the goods do not arrive at the station during the railway’s non-operating hours by adding the railway skylight constraint.The infeasibility of transportation plans due to ignoring the impact of railway skylights has been improved,which conforms to the requirements of transportation organization and management and improves the rationality of the multi-modal transport path optimization model and the practicality of the optimization scheme.The multi-modal transport path optimization scheme considering factors including carbon emissions cost and empty container recycling can effectively reduce transportation costs and improve transportation efficiency. |
