| With the deepening of power system reform,the service quality standard of power enterprises is also improving.For the current quality of power supply service,all sectors of society and general users have put forward higher service demand than before.These changes also change the functions of power supply service enterprises,which have gradually changed from production and management to professional and diversified comprehensive services.In the new situation,in the face of the needs of social production and people’s life,as well as the new needs of information internet applications,it is imperative for power supply enterprises to improve service quality.HT Company is a traditional power supply service enterprise in HT County of Shandong Province.For many years,it has provided power consulting,business expansion,electricity fee payment,fault repair and other power services for power customers.With the increasingly fierce competition of Shandong electric power company in the benchmarking evaluation of its affiliated enterprises,the power supply service of HT Company is facing great challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the existing service quality of HT Company and put forward corresponding measures to realize the long-term healthy development of HT Company.This paper first discusses the concept and theoretical basis of service and service quality,taking the power supply service in HT Company’s jurisdiction as the research object,evaluates the current situation of HT Company’s service system and service content.Through data inquiry,market survey,questionnaire and other ways,collect and sort out data,data and determine the evaluation index,evaluate the customer satisfaction of different important performance indicators of power supply service,and then classify and summarize the overall customer satisfaction of HT Company’s power supply service.Through the evaluation of customer satisfaction of power supply service quality in HT area,combined with the Chinese customer satisfaction model CCSI and PZB gap analysis model,Quad graph and other models and analysis methods,the evaluation of power supply service quality in HT area is completed.Through the above research,this paper finds out the short board of power supply service between County,township and village in the process of power supply service of HT Company,and analyzes the problems of unbalanced regional distribution and differentiated service.After discussing the reasons,the paper proposes to expand the HT service management channel,implement the full service in the "Internet plus offline" area,and guide enterprises to actively carry out the construction management of distribution operation and maintenance integration under the background of accelerating the construction process of smart grid in the country.For the problems of service gap between the areas under its jurisdiction,it is proposed to improve the service quality of power supply,narrow the service gap between rural and urban power users,unify the service quality standards,and jointly improve the quality,so as to achieve the goal of "three networks integration" in the power reform.This paper puts forward optimization strategies and solutions for the design of the company’s service system and management platform,in order to provide a favorable reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional power services and sustainable development in HT area. |
