At present,the global economic environment is complicated,and the unprecedented changes in a century are impacting the global economic market.The investment environment is facing greater uncertainty and the market risk of investment is greater,high-net-worth individuals increasingly rely on professional financial institutions for financial management.As the market competition of banks intensifies,high-end customers are the high-quality customer resources that all banks compete with each other,and the key customers for the development of business banking.This article refers to and analyzes the domestic and Foreign Bank high-end Customer Marketing Strategy Related Excellent Books,then unifies the overall macro-environment,takes the x bank as the research object,proceeds from the x bank organization management localization,the service development direction,the high-end customer demand,to compile the financial demand questionnaire of high-end customers of bank x,to analyze the data according to the collected questionnaire,to analyze deeply the problems existing in the process of high-end customers marketing of bank x,to find out the pain and difficulty points of high-end customers marketing,combined with the actual situation,put forward the improved optimization strategy and related measures to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.he conclusion of this paper is helpful to promote the marketing competitiveness of high-end customers of bank x and the market share of high-end customers of Bank X,and it can also provide reference for the perfection of high-end Customers Marketing System of Bank X.
