As a major global producer and exporter of chemical raw materials,China is the world’s largest producer of chemical pharmaceutical preparations.Maintaining the safety,reliability and resilience of the pharmaceutical supply chain is critical to national security and economic prosperity.Due to the particularity of the pharmaceutical industry,the consequences of disruption of the pharmaceutical supply chain caused by any risk are unimaginable.How to improve the stability of the pharmaceutical supply chain has become a major research issue.The problem of drug supply chain interruption mainly focuses on the sources of interruption risk,inventory holding and procurement in a single chain or a single enterprise,and little attention is paid to how to mitigate interruptions from a network perspective.This paper will build a drug supply chain model,analyze the characteristics of the network structure,doubleevaluate the importance of nodes and edges,design point interruption and edge interruption risk mitigation strategies,and simulate and analyze the mitigation of each strategy.This paper reviews the definition and characteristics of drug supply chain,the concept,source and classification of drug supply chain interruption risk,the process of supply chain interruption risk mitigation and its strategies.The network model of the three-level drug supply chain is constructed by using graph theory,and three supply chain networks of CV,SHL and AT are established.Based on this data,the network characteristics are analyzed through complex network statistical indicators,and the node and edge importance evaluation is established.process,and calculated and analyzed the importance of nodes and edges with the CV network as the object.According to the calculation results,the three supply chain networks all exhibit scale-free network characteristics and certain small-world characteristics,which proves that the drug supply chain network is a typical complex network;in addition,the key nodes and key edges in the CV network are identified,which clarifies the network crash threshold,lays a foundation for the research on outage risk mitigation,and also provides a reference for outage risk prevention and control.The impact of node interruption and edge interruption on the drug supply chain is different,and the way of network optimization under the two risks will also be different.By analyzing the characteristics of information transfer in the initial stage of outage risk,the paper proposes the idea of outage network optimization,and establishes three mitigation evaluation indicators: average path length,network connectivity,and network efficiency.Combined with the threshold of network collapse,a variety of interruption situations are assumed,and the strict neighbor hierarchical relationship in the drug supply chain is considered.Reconnecting edge strategy,a strategy of adding points and adding edges.Based on the CV network data,the simulation results show that under the node interruption and edge interruption,the structure optimization of the interruption network can alleviate the negative impact of interruption on the network performance.When the point is interrupted,the mitigation of the interruption risk is positively correlated with the number of edges and the number of points and edges,and under the condition of the same number of edges,the strategy of increasing the edge is better than the strategy of increasing the node and increasing the edge.The optimal edge adding strategy will be different;when the edge is interrupted,the mitigation of the interruption risk is positively related to the number of reconnected edges and the number of added points and edges.When the number of network edges after optimization is the same,the reconnected edge strategy is better However,the mitigation of each reconnected edge strategy will also change with the change of the interrupted edge.According to the above research results,suggestions for better application of mitigation strategies under different outage risks are provided for CV networks.
