Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Operation And Management Of LN Expressway Company

On November 4,1988,the two sections of Shenyang to Anshan and Dalian to Sanshilibao expressway(Shenzhou-Dalian Expressway)with a total of 131 kilometers were opened to traffic.Up to now,155,000 kilometers have been completed,and the main line pattern of the national expressway network has basically taken shape,covering 99% of prefecture-level administrative centers,cities and towns with a population of 200,000.LN Expressway Company,as a part of the national expressway,has been transformed from a public institution into an enterprise operation in 2016 in order to fully implement the overall development direction of deepening the reform of system and mechanism of the country.As the only provincial expressway operated and managed by a single enterprise in the whole province,LN Expressway has both opportunities and crises.While bringing travel convenience to people,LN expressway also exposes some problems in operation and management.Under the background of canceling toll stations at provincial boundaries of expressway and realizing national networking on January 1,2020,the company of LN expressway has some problems,such as imperfect toll system and system,bloated toll team,quality of management and service personnel to be improved,limited cost control ability and so on.In this thesis,a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of LN high-speed operation management,in-depth analysis of the existing problems,put forward suggestions to improve the management strategy of LN high-speed operation,in order to help enterprises to diversify development and improve the core competitiveness of products.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,sorts out the relevant literature on the status quo of operation and management of the expressway industry at home and abroad,and introduces the content and methods of this research,and points out the innovation of this thesis.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis;The third chapter makes a comprehensive analysis on the status quo of LN high-speed operation management;The fourth chapter deeply analyzes the main problems and reasons of LN high-speed operation management.The fifth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy for the previous problems,and the last part is the conclusion of the thesis.
