| With the rapid development of e-commerce logistics,logistics enterprises are faced with a complicated supply and demand environment and great pressure of competition.The competition between enterprises is in all aspects,but in the final analysis,it is the competition for talents.For the current logistics industry,the entry threshold is low and staff turnover is frequent.In order to retain talents,enterprises need to accurately and objectively understand the aspirations of employees,improve employee satisfaction,so as to timely adjust the corporate system and policy,establish relevant systems that are more conducive to the development of enterprises,However,the traditional research relies too much on models and theories,and can not put forward effective measures according to their own enterprise situation.In order to effectively solve the above problems,this paper studies the combination of Six Sigma DMAIC process optimization method and employee satisfaction of logistics enterprises,and uses data support to find out key factors and put forward targeted solutions,so as to provide different perspectives and methods for the study of employee satisfaction of logistics enterprises,so as to form a standardized logistics system in the future.On the premise of a full study of relevant theories,the indicators of the questionnaire were determined through literature research,employee interviews,experts and other measures,and the four dimensions of daily work content,work salary,work environment and enterprise organization and management were established as the first-level indicators.Moreover,the employee satisfaction evaluation index system of state-owned logistics enterprises is divided into 26 secondary indexes,such as job satisfaction,matching degree,salary system,promotion mechanism and corporate identity.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the management process of Six Sigma D-M-A-I-C is used to make a statistical analysis of the factors of employee satisfaction of the enterprise,and finally the key factors are obtained,and the suggestions for improving employee satisfaction are given,which lays the foundation for the stable operation and development of the enterprise. |
