With the continuous expansion of the scale of power grid,users have higher and higher requirements for power quality.The main purpose of power grid planning is to formulate a scientific and reasonable distribution of power supply,in order to achieve the strength of the overall power supply structure.As the operating mode of the power system is becoming more and more complex,and society has higher and higher requirements for the safety of the power source,the traditional construction method of transmission network with economic benefits as the main evaluation indicator is no longer suitable for the current electricity consumption market environment.With the reform of the market economy system by energy companies,the layout of the existing transmission network is also gradually considering the return on capital investment.This paper first briefly describes the theoretical research content of transmission network planning,and then analyzes the mathematical models and their advantages and disadvantages of various transmission network planning models.The model takes into account the comprehensive constraints of the combination of economy and reliability,and on the basis of satisfying the basic reliability,the cost of the planning model is minimized.Then,the article adopts an improved particle swarm algorithm to solve the planning model.The specific improvement measures are to change the linear weight to nonlinear time-varying weight,and apply it to the traditional standard particle swarm algorithm,which becomes An improved particle swarm algorithm.The improved particle swarm algorithm adopted in this paper is based on the theory of DC power flow calculation model,and it is applied to solve the problem of the transmission network planning model considering the minimum cost of precise investment.Finally,through the experiment and analysis of the example of Garver-6 node system,the comparison with three traditional planning schemes proves the economy of the transmission network planning scheme model proposed in this paper;The iterative graph of the swarm algorithm in Matlab proves that the improved particle swarm algorithm used in this paper improves the computational efficiency and improves the convergence of the solution.
