Energy is an important material basis for the survival and development of human economic society.Industrial and agricultural production and daily life are relied on the use and consumption of energy.The characteristics of reverse distribution of energy and load in China is considered,UHV power grid is developed vigorously is an important way to ensure the safety of energy supply.Therefore,UHV power grid development strategy is proposed by the State Grid Corporation,"Sanhua" UHV power grid is completed by 2020 to achieve optimal allocation of energy.The special characteristics of UHV power grid engineering and its large investment and long construction period is considered,its construction and operation has been influenced on the planning program.Combine with the special characteristics of UHV power grid engineering,the transmission line planning is an important part of UHV power grid planning,and the transmission line is affected by many factors.Differentiation model of UHV power grid considering multi-factors is built is help for instructing the planning and construction.The planning program is evaluated by economic evaluation model of differential electricity network is built to avoid economic and social losses effectively because of decision-making mistakes.The "study on differentiation planning and economic evaluation method of UHV power grid" is systematic studied combined with the actual subject "Research on the relationship between UHV power grid and energy development strategy"in this paper.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:The influencing factors of UHV power grid planning is analyzed,Differentiation model of UHV power grid considering multi-factors is built,and differentiation economic evaluation method of UHV power grid is built base on the shadow price theory and life cycle cost theory,economic and social losses is caused by planning errors can be effectively avoided through evaluating of the planning program.(1)The influencing factors analysis method of high voltage power grid differentiation planning is proposed and the influencing factors of its planning scheme is analyzed,the economic evaluation index system and social evaluation index system of UHV power grid are built from two aspects of economy and society.To provide mathematical basis for the formulation and evaluation of UHV power grid planning scheme;(2)According to the influencing factors of UHV power grid planning,the influence of transmission line type selection,auditory noise reduction and ice-covered disaster on its planning scheme is studied,Differentiation model of UHV power grid considering multi-factors is built.The quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the planning scheme,which can provide reference for its planning and construction;(3)Differentiation economic evaluation method of UHV power grid is established base on the theory of shadow price and the theory of life cycle cost.Economic and social losses can be effectively avoided because of decision-making mistakes through assessing the planning scheme.
