With the development of industrial economy,primary energy is consumed rapidly.In order to achieve green and sustainable development,the power system must make full use of new energy to provide clean electric energy and continuously increase the proportion of renewable energy supply.At present,the operation capacity of Qiqihar power grid is small,some substations operate as single main transformer,and the power supply reliability is not strong.In order to optimize the regional power grid structure,this paper takes 100 MWp photovoltaic power station in Longjiang County,Qiqihar City as the research object,and design its access system.Firstly,it introduce the development of photovoltaic in China and internationally,and then the geographical location,solar radiation and basic meteorological data of Longjiang County.It can be seen that the solar radiation abundance of Longjiang County belongs to class B area with rich resources,and the ambient temperature and wind speed do not affect its power generation,which is suitable for the construction of power stations to connect to the power system,relevant substations in the area have access conditions and can be used as nodes to access the power system.Secondly,according to the current status of power system in Qiqihar area and the condition of relevant substations,four reasonable access system schemes are designed,and carry out electrical calculation for the proposed feasible scheme,it mainly includes power flow and reactive power calculation,combined with its construction of economic type,the best access system scheme is obtained.Finally,based on the existing structure of the power grid,configure the photovoltaic booster station for communication,protection and automation,sort out the required equipment according to the configuration scheme,and select the equipment according to the actual situation.Channel organization and arrangement shall be carried out for important operation businesses of power system such as protection and automation.Communication optical path,protection and automation shall operate in dual channels to ensure smooth operation after grid connection.At present,the project has completed grid connected power generation,and after being connected,the telecontrol information is directly sent to Heilongjiang Provincial dispatching and Qiqihar local dispatching,which realizes the remote monitoring,analyze and manage various operation data in the power plant.The configured communication system provides channels for the relay protection,dispatching automation,dispatching telephone and other core businesses of the photovoltaic power station,and reduce its operation failure rate and improving the timeliness of fault treatment.It improve the operation reliability of power system in Longjiang area and provide a reference for the grid connection design of photovoltaic power station.
