Video broadcast-based landscape lighting is an integral part of the growing digital city.As communication technology,chip technology,and software technology continue to evolve,landscape lighting control technology is also in a constant state of change,moving towards flexible configuration,remote operation,and cloud-based maintenance.This paper designs and implements a lighting control system with remotely maintainable and replaceable video programmes,configurable playback parameters,and edge-distributed programme storage based on the new generation of remote data communication technology CAT.1 and a domestic RISC-V core short-range wireless communication MCU,with the following main work.(1)A design solution for a landscape lighting control system is given based on generalpurpose embedded computer architecture and following the principle of hardware building block design.The scheme uses CAT.1 communication as the remote gateway and the 2.4GHz short-range wireless communication module included in the CH573 microcontroller for node networking.chip.The light control node in this solution uses the chip DART interface to simulate the DMX512 protocol,which improves the versatility of the interface with software collaboration.(2)Given the discrete spatial distribution of light-control nodes,a software design scheme is proposed for distributed light-control node storage of video,optimization of information transmission based on the opportunity routing algorithm,and optimization of synchronous playback based on the RBS time synchronization algorithm.In this scheme,the video to be played is decomposed at the frame-pixel level on the PC side,and the timeframe-pixel stream of each light control node is obtained after decomposition and released to the nodes for storage through remote communication;through the optimization of the opportunity routing algorithm,the stable transmission of information between the nodes is realized;through the targeted optimization of the RBS time synchronization algorithm,the time error of the nodes is reduced to within 100ms,and the smooth Playback.The light control gateway and the remote update function of the light control node software have also been designed.(3)Lighting control software is divided into cloud listening software and client-side HCI software,this paper designs the client-side HCI software.Cloud listening software directly using the CS-Monitor software developed by the laboratory,its function is to achieve the client HCI software and light control gateway information interaction,this paper gives the interface adaptation.The client-side HCI software is developed based on C#language,which designs the time-frame-pixel stream decomposition algorithm of video,remote update algorithm of light control gateway and light control node software,programme download,node control,parameter configuration,and other functional modules,realizing the intelligence and remote control of landscape lighting.Practice shows that the landscape lighting control system based on IoT technology designed in this paper has technical features such as remote update and maintenance,distributed storage of nodes,accurate time synchronization,and flexible configuration of parameters,providing a new low-cost,easy-to-deploy,and stable solution for the landscape lighting field.
