| With the rapid development of domestic industrial systems,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and their profit growth space is also gradually shrinking.At present,the automobile manufacturing industry also faces bottlenecks in reducing costs and improving efficiency.Based on the existing resource constraints and increased labor cost and other pressures,more and more enterprises are paying attention to logistics.However,from the actual production experience,we can see that the production logistics of most medium-sized enterprises in China still has a single function,structure,and lacks integrity,systematic situation.Therefore,under the existing conditions,how to use logistics to improve efficiency and reduce cost is a problem that needs to be solved in the assembly workshop of N company.Based on the idea of finding,analyzing and solving problems,this paper mainly studies the problems found in the general assembly workshop of N company in material handling,excessive packaging and on-site material accumulation,and takes them as the leading factor to improve the logistics production efficiency of the general assembly workshop through layout optimization.The paper mainly includes the following parts:(1)It briefly puts forward the relevant influencing factors of logistics and the theoretical knowledge of production logistics,layout and lean.Through investigating the production status and layout status of the general assembly workshop of N company,a series of problems affecting efficiency and site in the workshop layout,packaging and production process were found,and then the urgency of the workshop layout facility adjustment was analyzed and put forward,and the goal of this layout adjustment was determined based on the analysis results.(2)Analyze the original layout of the workshop.Through the layout improvement method,the SLP(Systematic Layout Planning)system layout design method is specifically selected.By dividing the work units and the required area in the workshop,the relationship analysis of the entire workshop is studied and completed,and the layout design and planning of the entire workshop is completed through the establishment of the line diagram.(3)The weighted factor comparison method is used to evaluate and determine the optimal plan,and on this basis,combined with the 5S(SEIRI SEITON SEISO SETKETSU SHITSUKE)lean production management method,the packaging improvement integration and three-dimensional storage improvement integration are used to complete the on-site optimization and upgrading of the workshop layout,so as to make the layout more reasonable.(4)Compare and verify the actual results before and after the improvement from the four aspects of logistics handling volume,workshop site and material storage,and effectiveness,to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the implementation of logistics improvement in the workshop.With the increasing demand for logistics management,some scientific logistics improvement methods,such as transportation improvement,distribution improvement,storage improvement,will be promoted and applied in enterprises.Combined with the logistics improvement measures proposed by the assembly workshop of N company,this paper has strong practical value and provides certain reference support for the improvement of logistics in the same industry. |
