| In order to enhance the effectiveness of the national economic cycle,the country is now vigorously promoting the construction of modern logistics system,and constantly improve the professional logistics facilities.In this context,Jiangsu Province is also accelerating the high-quality development of modern logistics industry,and the construction of high-level logistics parks as a key project.However,with the rapid expansion of logistics parks,the layout of the parks lacks overall planning,is fragmented and chaotic,and is not compatible with urban development.Therefore,the optimization of regional logistics park layout is taken as the research objective,and a park layout influence factor analysis model using mixed logit model and XGBoost classification algorithm are established,according to which the current situation of park layout is analyzed and evaluated;and the gravitational force model and social network analysis are used to formulate the layout optimization scheme.Firstly,the concepts related to the spatial layout of logistics parks are sorted out,the research is carried out from the macro level,and takes the provincial model logistics parks in Jiangsu Province as the research object.Then,according to the development of logistics parks in Jiangsu Province,its development history is divided into three major stages.The six development effects of the existing model parks are summarized through questionnaires,and the overall layout characteristics of the parks are derived by using ArcGIS spatial analysis.Secondly,the analysis focuses on the factors influencing the layout of logistics parks.The quantitative feature attributes corresponding to the macroscopic influencing factors of the park layout are selected,and the correlation analysis of the feature attributes is carried out based on the mixed logit model;meanwhile,four different machine learning algorithms are compared to prove the effectiveness of the XGBoost-based dichotomous classification model of logistics park layout suitability,and the importance of different features is analyzed accordingly.By comparing the model operation results,it is found that the characteristic attributes such as location along the Yangtze River and along the coast,port planning layout,transportation infrastructure,economic level,population density and consumption level,and industrial structure are more related to the park layout.From these factors,combined with ArcGIS spatial analysis method,the spatial layout of the park is further evaluated and the problems are proposed.Finally,the optimization scheme of logistics park layout is proposed.A comprehensive evaluation system of logistics park logistics capacity is established,and the entropy weight TOPSIS model is used to measure the scores of each park,according to which the gravitational force model of logistics park is constructed.And using the social network analysis method,the logistics park network is built,and the density,centrality and cohesive subgroups of the network are derived.Then,based on the analysis results of the above model and the national logistics hub plan,the hub and spoke parks are identified.On the basis of the results of cohesive subgroups and the hub and spoke parks,the logistics hub layout of "one pole,two wings and many nodes" and the logistics channel layout of "three horizontal and three vertical" are constructed from a macro perspective.combined with the factors affecting the layout of parks and the problems existing in the layout,optimization suggestions are put forward,and specific optimization measures are proposed for logistics parks in three aspects:merging and adjusting,optimizing and upgrading,and siting new ones. |
