Research On Performance Evaluation Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In The Context Of High Quality Development ——Take Company A As An Example

Equipment manufacturing is playing an increasingly important role in the Chinese economy.However,compared with the world’s advanced economies,China’s equipment manufacturing is still far behind,with problems such as big but not strong,perfect but not perfect.Therefore,under the new development concept and high-quality development,China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises face many challenges and still have a long way to go.Therefore,how to establish a performance evaluation system that is consistent with the new development concept and the context of high-quality development is of great significance,continue to promote strong and stable quality development of Chinese equipment companies.This paper firstly compares the current status of performance evaluation of domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing enterprises and the report proposes to assess the performance of equipment manufacturing companies along four dimensions-economic growth,quality growth,innovation growth and environmental growth-based on the quality growth of equipment manufacturing companies,and establishes a performance evaluation framework applicable to enterprises.Then,using company A as a case study,the scientific validity of the established performance evaluation framework for equipment manufacturing companies is tested using hierarchical analysis and the fuzzy composite evaluation method.Finally,the relevant indicators are analysed and studied in the light of the actual performance of the performance evaluation system of Company A;a number of recommendations are made for improvement measures and strategies for Company A as well as for the qualitative development of other equipment manufacturing companies.
