Research On The Impact Of Grid Parity On The Financial Performance Of ZM Wind Power Company

After a decade of rapid development,China’s wind power generation is about to enter a period of adjustment,from the beginning of the encouragement of development to the implementation of the current grid parity,indicating that China’s wind power generation gradually towards maturity.During the grid parity phase,the most pressing issues before wind power companies are life-cycle generation,construction costs,operation and maintenance costs,and other factors that are closely related to the cost of electricity.In this context,studying the financial performance of wind power companies can provide insight into the current development status of the companies and help improve their technical development and management.This paper first selects a representative listed company ZM Wind Power Company from wind power companies,and takes this company as an example to study the impact of financial performance.The financial performance indicators are compared and analyzed;secondly,the factor analysis method is used to conduct a horizontal analysis of the 2018-2020 index data of 26 listed wind power companies,and a comprehensive and objective analysis of the financial performance of ZM wind power companies is carried out.Factors influencing financial performance.There are four main aspects:high cost;low asset utilization rate;unreasonable capital structure;low level of risk prevention and control.According to its influence results,the following suggestions are put forward for the follow-up development of ZM Wind Power Company:1.Reduce the actual electricity cost of users;2.Improve the utilization rate of assets;3.Optimize the capital structure;4.Establish a financial risk early warning mechanism.At the same time,in order to provide reference experience for the wind power industry,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Use big data technology to reduce operation and maintenance costs;2.Strengthen technological innovation and industrial chain coordination;3.Further optimize the industry layout.Affordable Internet access is not the final result of the development of wind power companies,but a phased process of realizing low-cost Internet access.In the face of the fierce trend of competitive low price,we need to actively explore ways to enable more regions to realize low-cost Internet access,so as to meet the challenges brought by policy changes to the industry and promote the continuous healthy and rapid development of wind power companies.
