| In recent years,the DC power supply technology has made a great breakthrough,so DC power supply has gradually become the main development trend of electric arc furnace and ore thermal furnace power supply.With the increasing complexity of DC power supply structure and the increasing number of power electronic devices,the monitoring system has become a necessary part to ensure the safe and reliable operation design of power supply equipment.At present,the monitoring of power supply equipment is usually realized by using configuration software,but there are many kinds of configuration software,which is more suitable for the monitoring of high-power power supply is still little research in China.In this paper,a 1T arc furnace DC power supply and a 33000kVA ore thermal furnace DC power supply as experimental equipment,selected WinCC,Kingview and force control three kinds of software,through the configuration of the way to respectively monitor the two different structure,different degree of complexity of DC power supply,so as to compare the three kinds of software and draw a conclusion.Firstly,according to the customer requirements of electric arc furnace and thermal furnace design a reasonable rectifier scheme:electric arc furnace DC power supply equipment only a set,only a rectifier cabinet,using thyristor as the main rectifier components,double inverse star structure as the main circuit of the rectifier scheme;The ore thermal furnace power supply equipment is a total of three sets,each set of two cabinets a total of six rectifier cabinets,the use of thyristor as the main rectifier components,three-phase bridge with the same phase inverse parallel structure as the main circuit of the rectifier scheme.Secondly,through the combination of configuration software and PLC monitoring method,complete the remote monitoring and on-site monitoring of rectifier equipment.The industrial computer installed with the configuration software is used as the upper computer,and the S7-200 SMART PLC of Siemens is used as the lower computer to monitor the DC power supply of the arc furnace and the DC power supply of the mineral-thermal furnace.The monitoring of one set and three sets of rectifier equipment is completed through a single workstation.In this way,the important data of rectifier equipment and equipment running status can be displayed in real time,fault detection and alarm,and important parameters can be summarized and stored.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of software are compared from the aspects of the nature of the software,the degree of learning difficulty,the process of use and the convenience of maintenance,and the conclusion is drawn that WinCC software is more suitable for the monitoring of high-power power electronic converter equipment.In this paper,the monitoring system uses the configuration software and PLC together as the remote monitoring part of the rectifier equipment,and the touch screen and PLC together as the field monitoring part of the rectifier equipment.The three configuration software can meet the timely and accurate monitoring requirements.The aim of this research is to advance the comparative study of configuration software and provide a way of thinking for software selection of converter equipment monitoring system. |
