Planning And Design Of Fengcheng Yangliuhu Community Park Under The Concept Of Park City

After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"ecological civilization" was given a prominent position in the construction of "Beautiful China",which gave rise to the concept of the "park city".With the acceleration of urbanization,Chinese cities have developed rapidly.However,this rapid urbanization has also led to fragmentation and shrinkage of ecological regions,causing "urban disease" and negative impacts on cities.Some cities have even encountered economic stagnation.The concept of the "park city" is a new development idea that emphasizes the protection of the natural environment,improving living standards,and promoting the harmonious coexistence of cities and nature during urbanization.This concept reflects people’s demands for sustainable development and ecological civilization,and has become a new goal for urban development in the new era.With the popularity of this concept,community park design also needs to be transformed to focus more on ecological,cultural,and other aspects,creating a comfortable,pleasant,and healthy space for people,meeting their spiritual and cultural needs,and promoting social interaction,communication,and opportunities.Firstly,through studying the "park city" theory,clarifying the theoretical indicators,practical projects,and related literature materials of the "park city" concept,based on China’s background and real exploration practice of "park city" construction,the theoretical framework and indicator system of building "park cities" in China are analyzed.Secondly,through the design principles and strategies guided by the "park city" concept,it is summarized that community park design under the "park city" concept should focus on integrating "district" and "park",connecting people with "park+" empowerment,attracting community residents to participate,and combining culture to construct scenes.Finally,taking the Yangliu Lake Community Park in Fengcheng City as a case study,based on field research,a theoretical and practical combined research method is used to explain the overall planning of the Yangliu Lake Community Park.This study provides supplementary and reference value for future practice of urban community park design under the "park city" concept.
