Research On Planning And Design Of Changsha Community Park Under The Guidance Of The Concept Of "Microcirculation"

Since the 21 st century,with the deepening of urbanization,the problems of insufficient infrastructure and unreasonable spatial layout in cities have been emerging.At the same time,as an important carrier of the improvement of urban residents’ living quality and spiritual sustenance,the urban park green space has been mostly completed as an indicator data in the past high-intensity land use mode,and lack of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable planning theory as the support.This paper combines the concept of microcirculation with the planning practice of Changsha Community Park,and puts forward the means and methods of activating the "micro cycle" of community park from the aspects of system construction and unit activation,and from five aspects: system construction,traffic guidance,space optimization,facilities matching and management mode.This paper starts with the concept of microcirculation,analyzes the application mode of microcirculation in urban traffic,climate,infrastructure and other fields,summarizes the internal logic of its measures,and develops the research ideas of the microcirculation system in community park,The construction of microcirculation in urban community park is divided into two dimensions: the construction of microcirculation system and the activation of micro unit.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems in the current situation of Changsha Community Park Construction from the perspective of the concept of "microcirculation",and expounds from three aspects: network organization of community park,construction of community park site and management guarantee of community park,In this part,the author mainly combines the current situation of community park construction with the field investigation of the users of community park,finds out a lot of problems existing in the construction of Changsha Community Park and analyzes the reasons that are not conducive to forming the pattern of "microcirculation".According to the basic logic of the activation of urban microcirculation determined by the research of microcirculation theory,combined with the problems and causes of the construction of Changsha Community Park,this paper respectively constructs the network model of microcirculation in urban community park The specific methods of "microcirculation" planning of Changsha Community Park are proposed in three aspects: upgrading and activating "micro unit" and "microcirculation" system management mode of community park.In the construction of "microcirculation" system of Changsha Community Park,this paper respectively elaborates the division of functions of community parks,the construction of microcirculation system elements The paper introduces the planning method of microcirculation system in Changsha Community Park from four aspects: the construction of "microcirculation" network model and the exploration of "microcirculation" renewal model;In the way of "micro unit" activation of community park,this paper proposes the measures of community park activation from three aspects: traffic guidance,space optimization and facility allocation,based on the current situation of Changsha Community Park construction and user demand;In terms of implementation suggestions,this paper puts forward the implementation suggestions of "micro cycle" of Changsha Community Park from three aspects:introducing multi-agent management,fine management process and modern management means,aiming at the new requirements of "microcirculation" of Changsha Community Park on the implementation of community park planning.
