Research On IT Governance Based On Enterprise Architecture

In current world pattern,China has become the largest manufacturing country in whole world.Facing the two major challenges of "re-industrialization" in developed western countries and the gradual replacement of industrial transfer positions by emerging countries,China has launched the "Made in China 2025" strategy to become a manufacturing powerhouse,thereby realizing the transformation from a major manufacturing country to a manufacturing powerhouse.Under the guidance of the national strategy,the integration of digital technology and traditional industries has accelerated.From enterprise informatization construction to industrial Internet,from digital workshops to smart factories,new IT technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence are applied in all walks of life.More mature,advanced,efficient and innovative IT technology has become a necessary prerequisite for the implementation of transformation strategy.In today’s information wave,how to ensure the continuity of IT technology innovation,the effectiveness of data resources and the efficiency of IT services is an important topic worthy of deep research.The IT governance based on enterprise architecture EA can take into account the internal and external environment of the enterprise,guide the effective integration of the enterprise’s strategy,business,technology and data through the macro perspective,based on the enterprise’s business architecture and IT architecture,through effective organization and governance to maximize the values of IT technology,data and services.In particular,the current global international situation is complicated and treacherous.For example,China has faced the dilemma of the "US-China trade war"and "chips blocked" in the past two years,adjustments have to be made accordingly in every company in every industry.This rapid change not only brings challenges to the business development of enterprises,but also imposes higher requirements on the IT capabilities of enterprises.This paper combines the basic ideas and methods of enterprise architecture EA and IT governance,based on the current IT governance practices of domestic and foreign enterprises,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of enterprise architecture management EAM of automobile manufacturing company B,and analyzes the enterprise architecture-based enterprise architecture of B company.The IT governance scheme is researched and analyzed.At the same time,it further discussed the difficulties faced by Company B in the digital and intelligent upgrade stage and the suggestions for continuous improvement,which made a meaningful exploration for the IT governance of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
