| At present,the production of the stone industry adopts a semi-automatic production mode.The production and processing equipment has been basically automated.A few loading and unloading links still need to be completed manually or manually controlled by machines.With the rapid development of digital factory technology in the manufacturing industry,the urbanization process has also entered a high-quality development stage,with more and more municipal engineering projects being constructed,and the demand for curbstone is increasing.The production of curbstone is characterized by large quantity,single variety,simple manufacturing process and long processing time.Semi-automatic production can no longer meet the production needs.In this paper,the digital factory technology is used to design the roadside stone production line to realize the transformation and upgrading of roadside stone production from semi-automatic to automatic production line.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Summarize the digital chemical plants in the stone industry,determine the operation mode of the digital chemical plants in the stone industry,propose the technical characteristics and key technologies of the digital chemical plants in the stone industry,plan the operation framework of the digital chemical plants in the stone industry,and build the network architecture of the digital chemical plants in the stone industry.According to the production and processing process of roadside stones,combined with demand analysis and design guidelines for digital production lines of stone products,complete the design planning of the roadside stone production line and the selection of key equipment design.Based on on-site workshop surveying and mapping,the layout of the roadside stone production line is determined to be a "U" shape,and the overall design of the roadside stone production line is completed.Plant Simulation is used to simulate the production balance of the curb production line,establish the mathematical model of the balancing problem of the curb production line,determine the production rhythm of the production line as 9.9 min/m3,and the minimum number of workstations 6 according to the actual production requirements of the factory.Plant Simulation is used to simulate and analyze the production line to ensure that the balance rate of the production line meets the production requirements,ensure that the load distribution of the production line is fair,and the production operation is smooth.Based on Opcenter4.0,build the MES system for the curb production line,complete the plant modeling,personnel and equipment configuration,and set the equipment as a hierarchical structure.In material management,the supplier,logistics class and material template are set respectively,and the material tracking unit is set to realize the whole process tracking of materials.In process management,the skill certification of production operators is completed,and the production process and production tools are determined.In the production operation,the order serial number is generated according to the order placing time,the order is sent to each processing and production station,and the production progress is monitored. |
