| With the continuous development of social economy,the demand of urban rail transit is constantly increasing.Although urban rail transit can well relieve urban ground traffic congestion,and promote the development of related industries;However,since rail transit construction projects generally have the characteristics of huge investment,long construction period and great difficulty in construction,the project construction is often faced with the influence of potential risks from various aspects.If scientific risk management planning is not adopted to identify,evaluate and deal with,it is very likely to cause heavy losses to the project.In view of this,this thesis takes Weifang Rail transit Line 1 as the research object,takes the identification,evaluation and response of project risks as the research main line,invites experts in related fields,and comprehensively uses the checklist method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods to carry out the research.Firstly,based on the analysis of the general situation and risk management status of Weifang rail transit Line 1,the checklist method is used to preliminarily identify the risk factors,and the Delphi method is used to establish the risk list.Around the two stages of project demonstration and construction,7 risk factors such as potential policy risk,economic risk,legal and regulatory risk,schedule risk,cost risk,safety risk,technical risk and 21 risk events such as delayed approval are identified.Secondly,based on the results of project risk identification,a risk evaluation index system is constructed.The AHP is used to determine the weights of stage risks,risk factors and risk events,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to grade the overall risk,stage risk and risk factors of the project.Finally,based on the results of risk classification and ranking,the principles and ideas of risk response are put forward in combination with the actual situation,and specific countermeasures are put forward for highlevel risk,intermediate risk and general risk,while risk retention strategy is adopted for low-level risk and ignored.It is hoped that the research conclusions of this thesis can provide theoretical and methodological support for promoting the risk management planning of Weifang rail transit Line 1,and provide reference for the risk management of other similar rail transit projects in China. |
