With global warming and resource shortage becoming increasingly serious,the promotion and use of new and clean energy is an important measure for China to cope with environmental and energy pressure.By 2020,China has retired 200,000 tons of power batteries,with the number of retired batteries increasing year by year.At present,step utilization is an effective means to extend the life cycle of power battery and give full play to the value of power battery.Although the power battery recycling and utilization has received the double boost from the policy and market level,there is no mature cooperation mode between the new-energy vehicle enterprises and the echelon utilization enterprises in the recycling system construction and the leasing and selling strategy of the echelon utilization products,and the economic value needs to be further explored.Therefore,how to proceed from the actual situation of enterprises? Seeking a "win-win" and stable cooperation mode for new energy vehicle production enterprises and secondary utilization enterprises is the key to solve the development problem of the secondary utilization industry.Based on the above background,this paper firstly analyzes the development status and problems of Chinese power battery utilization industry,and makes clear the cooperation mechanism between new energy automobile enterprises and utilization enterprises.Secondly,with the help of multi-case study method,different cooperation modes between new energy vehicles and echelon utilization enterprises are constructed in combination with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises.On this basis,evolutionary game method is used to explore the cooperative mode selection mechanism of enterprises of both sides,two game models under the role of market mechanism and government are constructed,and the stable conditions of different cooperation modes are studied by simulation analysis.Finally,the realization guarantee of promoting the formation of stable cooperation mode is put forward from the three levels of new energy vehicle enterprises,echelon utilization enterprises and government.Through the above research,it is found that there are four different modes of cooperation between new energy vehicle enterprises and enterprises that are "co-construction of recycling outlets + one-time acquisition" mode,"co-construction of recycling outlets + leasing" mode,"self-construction of recycling outlets + one-time acquisition" mode,and "self-construction of recycling outlets + leasing" mode.When certain conditions are met,enterprises of both sides can form four stable cooperation modes,and the initial willingness of both sides has no obvious influence on the results under the market mechanism.Reducing the cost related to recycling and improving the residual value of ladder batteries can break the deadlock that enterprises cannot form a stable cooperation mode.Government subsidies and regulatory policies cannot play a positive role in promoting the stable cooperation mode formed by the two sides,but they can help to break the deadlock and realize the stable cooperation mode between enterprises.
