| In recent years,people have paid more attention to the quality of mechanical and electrical installation projects of heat exchange stations,but at present,there are not many domestic research on the quality management of mechanical and electrical installation projects of heat exchange station projects,and the application of total quality management is not perfect.At present,most domestic enterprises use qualitative methods to evaluate the quality of mechanical and electrical installation projects,and the judgment basis and method depend more on subjective factors such as the experience preference of decision makers,resulting in various problems in the management of the project,thus directly affecting the project quality evaluation results,so that the evaluation results can not really escort the relevant subjects to make scientific and reasonable decisions,and the risk of project uncertainty increases.In this study,the mechanical and electrical installation project of JG heat exchange station project of NY Group is taken as the research object,and on the basis of the total quality management of the project and PDCA quality management,some problems existing in the quality management of the project are collected through the interview method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and quality inspection records formed during the construction process,and the Fishbone Diagram method is used to comprehensively analyze the problems from the six aspects of "Man,Machine,Material,Method,Environment and Measurement",and relevant improvement measures are proposed according to the causes of the problems.And using PDCA theory,the engineering quality of the mechanical and electrical installation project of NY Group’s JG heat exchange station project is continuously improved.The effective implementation of these measures has greatly improved the quality management of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of JG heat exchange station project,reduced the uncertainty risk of the project,improved the engineering quality management level of JG heat exchange station project of NY Group,indicating that the evaluation method adopted by this institute is scientific and reasonable,and the evaluation results can effectively guide the quality management of mechanical and electrical installation engineering of heat exchange station,and also provide a feasible quality management road for the construction of similar projects in the future. |
