| Engineering project management has three major objectives,namely,project quality,project investment and project schedule.In the process of construction of water conservancy infrastructure projects,quality management has become the top priority of these three management objectives.The quality of construction of water conservancy infrastructure projects not only determines whether the project construction task can be successfully completed,but also determines whether the safety of people’s lives and property can be well protected.This paper combines domestic and foreign research theories on the construction quality management of water conservancy infrastructure projects to carry out in-depth research,the construction quality management of H pumping station project as the object of this paper.Through pre-construction questionnaire survey and pre-construction site inspection,we find out the construction quality problems such as insufficient concrete strength,insufficient thickness of reinforcement protection layer,insufficient surface flatness and concrete cracks in H pump station project,and adopt cause-effect analysis method to comprehensively analyze the main factors that reduce the construction quality of the project around five aspects:human,machine,material,method and environment.Based on PDCA theory to carry out the specific construction quality management work of H pump station project,take H pump station project ground culvert construction problem as an example to elaborate PDCA multi-round cycle process,successively solve the ground culvert construction surface flatness and ground culvert cavity concrete cracks,and through sampling inspection and engineering acceptance to test the application effect of PDCA cycle in the construction process of H pump station project,improve the quality of H pump station project management level and achieved good economic and social benefits.Through the application of the PDCA cycle system,the effective management tools and working methods have been better summarized and refined,and also provide reference for other water conservancy infrastructure construction. |
