Research On Intelligent Product Design For Novice Driver Assistance Based On Context-awareness

In this thesis,we divide drivers into novice drivers and experienced drivers based on their driving experience,and focus on the needs of novice drivers.Becoming an experienced driver is a necessary step for novice drivers,which also highlights the importance of forming driving habits.In actual driving,novice drivers usually train with the help of an instructor,which not only increases the source of information received by the driver,but also the instructor’s own ability and level of competence of the accompanying instructor is not stable,and there are situations where driving knowledge is not systematic.In the case of novice drivers with insufficient driving ability and limited attentional resources,this high information transfer may create hidden dangers for their trips.This thesis aims to understand the needs and pain points of novice drivers in different contexts through quantitative and qualitative analysis,find opportunity points,and translate them into more suitable in-car information systems and functions for novice drivers;The design suggestions and strategies of intelligent driving assistance products based on situational awareness are summarized.This thesis is divided into six chapters: the first part is the introduction,puts forward the research questions;The second part is the definition of the concept and related theories,and clarifies the research basis;The third part is the investigation and analysis of novice drivers,analyzing the needs of novice drivers,transforming the needs into functions;The fourth part is the strategy and suggestion of the design of intelligent products for novice driving assistance based on situational awareness.The fifth part is the design and practice,the design scheme practice,the sixth part is divided into the conclusion,the topic is summarized.
