| Since the 1990 s,with the rapid development of industrialization in China,the demand for instruments and instruments has shown an extensive growth.MZ enterprises seize the opportunity of the times to enter the instrument segment market,focus on the gas detector agency business,and become a member of many instrument agency enterprises.After 13 years of development,MZ enterprises have a stable foundation in the gas detector market in the southwest of China.However,in recent years,as China’s economic development has entered a new normal,the demand for gas detector equipment has entered a stage of steady growth.At the same time,the homogenization of gas detector equipment is becoming more and more serious,and the sales channels of the industry are becoming more and more flattened,which leads to the evolution of gas detector sales market to low-price competition.The gas detector agent business of MZ enterprises is gradually falling into difficulties from the rapid growth in the past.In the current development environment,how to optimize and adjust the development strategy to achieve sustainable development has become an urgent problem for MZ enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the optimization scheme of MZ enterprise development strategy.First of all,this paper introduces and analyzes the current situation of the development strategy of MZ enterprises,and finds that its existing development strategy is unable to cope with market changes,unreasonable strategic positioning,lack of brand strategy,lack of strategic vision,general strategic objectives,lack of complete and clear functional strategy as support,and so on.Then,using PEST analysis tools,Porter’s five forces model and VRIO analysis model,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development strategic environment of MZ enterprises,defines the current strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by MZ enterprises,and puts forward four optional strategies by using SWOT matrix analysis.Then,it is determined that the development strategy of MZ enterprises should follow the principles of suitability,feasibility,forward-looking optimization and corresponding optimization objectives.Based on the principles and objectives of strategic optimization,the strategic vision,positioning and objectives of MZ enterprises are revised,and the strategic optimization design of relevant diversification strategy,differentiation competition strategy and corresponding function strategy are put forward.Finally,according to the strategic optimization design proposed in this paper,the implementation steps,strategies and safeguard measures of the optimization strategy are formulated.Through the study of this paper,we can provide valuable suggestions for enterprise decision-makers,provide guidance for the future development of enterprises,and also provide useful experience for the development of other similar enterprises. |
