As the spare bearing of maglev bearing,the ball bearing without cage will support the falling spindle when the magnetic field disappears.There are collision and friction between the rolling bodies of ball bearings without cages,which aggravate the wear and uneven bearing of the rolling bodies,and then affect the stability of the operation of the ball bearings without cages.In this paper,aiming at the collision and friction problems between ball bearings without cages,theoretical modeling was carried out considering the lubrication state,and the kinematic stability of rolling bodies and inner rings was analyzed,and then the inter-rolling wear model was established.Finally,the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and test were compared for verification.Firstly,the starting stage and stable stage of ball bearings without cages are analyzed in principle,and the possible friction types of ball bearings at different speeds are analyzed according to the stress state of the rolling body.Based on this,the friction coordinate system of ball bearings without cages is established.Based on the rolling body-centered coordinate system,the lubrication stiffness model of rolling body was established by combining the lubrication characteristics and the material characteristics of rolling body.Considering the elastic-plastic deformation caused by contact and friction caused by stiffness,the normal collision model,tangential collision model and friction model between rolls were established,and the relation equations of collision Angle,collision force and friction force between rolling bodies were further analyzed.On the basis of the above research,the motion and force of each part of the bearing without cage were analyzed,the dynamics equations of the bearing inner ring and the rolling body were established,and the numerical solution results were used as the basic data of the friction and wear model of the subsequent rolling body.Secondly,using the Runge Kutta adaptive solution method combined with MATLAB programming,taking the data at the starting stage and the stable stage as the initial values,to solve the dynamics equations of the inner ring of ball bearing without cage and the rolling body,determine the numerical values of the rolling body speed,collision force and friction under different conditions,and analyze the law between the rolling body movement and friction.According to the numerical solution results of friction and friction impact parameters,the friction and wear model between rolling bodies was established and analyzed.The phase diagrams of rolling body velocity-displacement,inner ring velocity-displacement and inner ring displacement-displacement were analyzed based on the numerical solution results,and the stability of ball bearings without cage due to the impact of rolling body rubbing was further determined.Finally,taking ball bearings without cages as simulation and test objects,according to the geometric structure and contact characteristics of ball bearings without cages,combined with ADAMS software,the user design interface of ball bearings without cages was established,and the three-dimensional model and contact parameters of ball bearings without cages were created for dynamic simulation of ball bearings without cages.The motion parameters and collision force of the rolling body and the motion law of the inner ring are determined at different speeds.The vibration and wear tests of ball bearings without cages were designed,and high-speed photographic acquisition was built.The experimental and simulation results were compared and analyzed with the theoretical research to verify the correctness of the theoretical model.By analyzing the friction and wear between the rolling bodies of ball bearings without cages and the motion of the inner ring,this paper determined the influence of the friction of rolling bodies at different speeds on the running stability of ball bearings without cages.The research has important guiding significance for the application of ball bearings without cages.
