Along with our country the deepening of the "side supply structural reform",new infrastructure will gradually develop into a new engine of China’s economic growth.Infrastructure investment,including rail transit,garbage treatment,pipe network municipal,expressway,water conservancy bridge,intercity high-speed rail,etc.,will play a more important role in China’s economic development.The rapid development of construction industry,for solid development "in" high quality,boosting the economic development of our country,increase the large number of population employment up to a very important role.The healthy development of the construction industry has played a very important role in the stability of the national economy of our country.With the increase of competition pressure in the industry,the overall profitability of the construction industry has been shortened year by year.In this process of development,there are still many problems in China’s construction industry,such as construction contractor corruption,vicious competition,high pressure on advance funds,arrears in project payments,which have a negative impact on the healthy development of China’s national economy and construction industry.The development and improvement of the project security system is conducive to strengthening the method and ability of engineering construction engineering industry to resolve risks,and promoting our healthy development of the construction industry.However,the development of project guarantee industry in our country started late,and there are still some problems,such as the imperfect credit system of the construction industry,the low entry threshold of project guarantee industry,the lack of effective supervision mechanism,the mixed project guarantee institutions,malicious claims and illegal refusal to pay,etc.At the same time more and more insurance companies and guarantee companies to carry out the engineering guarantee business,engineering guarantee market competition is fierce.Under the background of the industry development,to develop a reasonable competition strategy suitable for the characteristics of guarantee agencies of the project,in order to keep the advantage in the fierce market competition,is particularly important.As a wholly owned subsidiary of G Group,a state-owned enterprise,B Company has a registered capital of 3 billion yuan.Relying on the group’s strong capital strength,strong state-owned enterprise background and banking platform,B Company provides engineering guarantee business covering the whole process stages of project bidding,construction and defect liability for all parties in engineering construction and related fields.And set up a total of 32 different offices across the country.With the continuous intensification of market competition,the annual growth rate and market share of Company B in the engineering guarantee market did not achieve the expected results.Therefore,it is urgent to re-analyze,match and make decisions on the competitive strategy of its engineering guarantee business,promote the healthy development of its engineering guarantee business,and then to other engineering guarantee agencies provide reference for the establishment of competitive strategy.Based on the literature research in the field of engineering guarantee at home and abroad and the theories of competitive strategy,blue ocean strategy and enterprise value chain,this paper uses tools such as PEST analysis,five-force model analysis,four-step action framework analysis,and competitive situation matrix analysis to analyze the external factors of the research object,and uses EFE matrix for quantitative evaluation.Through qualitative evaluation and analysis of internal resources and capabilities of Company B,the IFE matrix is used for quantitative evaluation.Using the SWOT analysis B public internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats,by building the quantitative strategic planning matrix,blue ocean strategy value curve analysis,the engineering guarantee business for B company provides the basis of the analysis of the choice of competition strategy,and provide a more scientific for the implementation of the strategy of competition theory support.In this paper,the structure of the product,customer service,brand image,marketing and other aspects put forward the company B differentiation competitive strategy to ensure that the implementation of the strategy.At the same time,effective safeguard measures are proposed from the perspectives of organizational structure,information system,risk management,human resources,bank platform and brand image,so as to effectively promote the implementation of the differentiated competition strategy of B Company’s engineering guarantee business.The research significance of this paper mainly includes:on the one hand,it has important guiding significance for the development of Company B,and has certain reference value for the development of China’s engineering guarantee industry,which is conducive to promoting the healthy development of China’s construction industry;Engineering of our country,on the other hand,guarantees enterprise managers to provide reference for new management ideas and enrich the research content of engineering guarantee industry market competition strategy,promote healthy development of construction guarantee industry in China.
