Due to the impact of infectious diseases such as the new coronavirus and influenza,public places have received extra attention to health and safety issues.It can also enhance the public’s awareness of health and protection.However,the disinfection methods currently offered in public places have some drawbacks,affecting the order of life and not ensuring the safety of staff.It can be seen that public places need more efficient disinfection products,and users also need safe disinfection methods,and disinfection equipment based on user experience can put the user’s sense of experience in the first place,to meet the needs of users on the basis of safe disinfection needs,is in line with the current social environment of the product.In order to solve the above problems,this topic uses user experience theory as a guide for the design of disinfection products in public places.The article starts with studying user experience theory,researching and analyzing user experience design methods,processes,principles and related design concepts,and learning the correct application of the theory in conjunction with actual products;analyzing the current development trend of disinfection products,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages by collecting existing products,summarizing the basic functions that the products should have and the advanced technology in the field,ensuring that the functions of the products are achievable,and then conducting user demand analysis to determine the design positioning of the products.This product is mainly suitable for indoor places with high traffic flow,using simple induction switch,automatic driving and obstacle avoidance to increase the ease of use of the product;using ultraviolet technology and hydrogen peroxide disinfection spray for disinfection,from the physical and chemical aspects of the two together to achieve efficient disinfection effect;using multiple filters for air purification to ensure the air quality of the environment in which the product is located.The product is then designed in various aspects such as shape and structure,always with the user in mind,fully considering the physiological and psychological characteristics of the user in the design process,and finally designing the product to meet the needs of the user.User experience-based public place disinfection equipment aims to create a healthy and safe public space environment,create a good social atmosphere,maintain normal life order,and improve user satisfaction.
