Research On The Optimization Of BYD’s Financial Strategy From The Perspective Of Value Chain

Against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" goal and global energy transformation,new energy vehicles have shown explosive growth and entered a period of comprehensive market expansion.With the change of market economy environment,enterprises face more diversified and all-round competition,and the competition in value chain is becoming more and more important,considering that firms need to integrate value chains with financial strategies in order to maximize value and create value,to use value as a starting point for their internal management,and to take into account their internal and external resource environments,make efficient financial strategy with long-term vision,integrate value chain into the formulation of enterprise strategic objectives and the implementation of strategic plans.The financial strategy based on the value chain is a new financial management mode,the enterprise wants to master the initiative in the competition,to create the maximum value,must pass the value chain decomposition and the conformity,according to the function and relation of each link inside and outside the value chain,promote the value creation ability,form the strategic thinking mode of the value chain,guide the whole value chain of the various links of the supplier and customer operations,thereby enhancing value.This paper first provides a detailed analysis of the relevant research results at home and abroad.Then it introduces the basic theory related to value chain and financial strategy,using the literature research method,the case analysis method and quantitative analysis method,with BYD company as a research object,with its financial strategy from the value chain perspective.First,the financial strategic environment and development status of BYD,analyze the implementation effect of BYD’s financial strategy.Discover and summarize the problems existing in the financial strategy from the perspective of BYD’s current value chain.Then according to the actual situation of the enterprise and the future development direction,the optimization scheme and safeguard measures for BYD financial strategy optimization from the perspective of value chain.The research in this paper hopes to help BYD company to further improve its financial strategy,and also hopes to provide reference for other enterprises in the industry.Fully recognize the importance of combining value chain with financial strategy to enhance one’s core competitiveness.
