Financial Strategy Optimization Of New Energy Automobile Enterprises

In recent years,my country’s economy has developed rapidly,and the environment is complex.If companies want to survive in the current complex market competition,they must establish a comprehensive strategic management system.Financial strategy is an important part of the company’s institutional system.It can provide financial support and guarantee for the necessary development of the enterprise.The article mainly studies whether the financial strategy of the new energy vehicle enterprise meets the requirements of the overall strategy of an enterprise,meets the current status of the company,and adjusts the financial strategy in a timely manner in order to enable the company to achieve healthy development.In the past research of financial strategies,there were relatively few cases of research on the new energy vehicle industry.It was not possible to fully use the financial strategic matrix method to analyze and guide the realistic problems of the financial strategy in the automotive manufacturing industry.The article evaluates the current financial strategy of the company from three aspects:fundraising,investment,and income distribution.Based on the analysis of the financial strategic environment as the background,we will conduct in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and build an application environment for the financial strategy of Company C.Using the financial strategic matrix model,based on the difference between the sales growth rate and the sustainable growth rate and the EVA value as the basis,from the aspects of the company’s sustainable growth capabilities and value creation capabilities,the existing financial strategy of the enterprise is comprehensive Analysis and evaluation.Through the annual horizontal and vertical coordinate data,the financial strategic matrix map is described.The results show that in the past two years,companies C are mainly hovering within the first quadrant and the fourth quadrant.The company’s development is limited and the profit level has declined.Through financial matrix analysis,the content of the company’s development status is optimized.And propose protection measures to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the design plan.Based on matrix analysis,it is concluded that the current financial strategy of Enterprise C is not in line with the current status of the enterprise.Through the three aspects of the financial strategy,it is used as an entry point.Specific methods such as fundraising structure,strengthening investment project assessment,and improving income distribution policies to solve the problem of existing financial strategy.
